Here’s the original letter to all XeNTaX members:

Hi All!

I regret to say that my XeNTaX activities have come to an end after 13 years. I started this project together with Mr.Ammo (Rolf Greven) at that early time on the Commodore 64, and we had some good times together. Some of us have even managed to get high places in computer music business, and me personally has created some good tunes on the c64 and on the PC, along with the fairly succesfull MultiEx Commander tool for the PC gamer. Unfortunately, this is not enough. Though fun, surely, it is not something I want to keep on doing. I have made my mind and want to quit a decenium of work gone into XeNTaX. I have other priorities now. There will be no room for XeNTaX anymore. Thus, I quit. If there’s anyone ready to take the rudder, be my guest. If not, XeNTaX has just died. I hope to have informed you enough so you understand what I mean. For now, bye bye, and I hope the rest of you have a merry and jolly life! ;-) I have made my mind up. :)
