Seems like the 2 frame channel reset used by the player is
not enough for an accurate note trig. However, there‘s an easy solution: Just
play waveform $09 on the first step of every sound (see the music data file
‘hardreset‘ for an example). Thanks to CreamD for pointing out the problem.
