Ups.. I’ve almost forgot that we are in next month. Thanx to the whole staff, especially MacGyver, Wotnau, TDJ and recently also TMR for good work. I’m preparing article about c64.sk (something like meet stuff, so stay tuned.) Still there is lotsa work to do on this portal, but meanwhile I’m think about completely different things than programming, please be patient, and stay tuned. Enjoy the summer.

Meet staff.. not meet stuff.. oh my... sorry ppl ;-)
creamd

[4] : 06. Jul 2002 12:50
Pi every month there is an article created which isused to store the beta-news and it’s reactions are used to store monthly reactions.. that’s why they are on zero very new month. (not very cool solution, but it works) (currently creation of betanews article is not auomatical.. but I will do it, as I tend to forget to create it all the time ;-).

[5] : 06. Jul 2002 13:15

[7] : 08. Jul 2002 06:03

CreaMD

[9] : 08. Jul 2002 10:45
[Thinks about it] But there isn’t anything about me that the majority of people don’t know...?! =-)

[10] : 14. Jul 2002 21:39
It’s time for me to get that DMC Player out and compose some music for Role 2002 party music compo :)
Richard

[11] : 15. Jul 2002 10:56
You have NO CHANCE, richard... the LAST PLACE belongs to ME!
pi

[12] : 15. Jul 2002 11:25
Great idea ;-).
creamd

[13] : 15. Jul 2002 14:29

Stryyker

[14] : 15. Jul 2002 14:56
DMC rulez, of course.
CraeaMD

[15] : 15. Jul 2002 19:15

[17] : 16. Jul 2002 13:18
When’s the deadline for the compo and who’s the person to send it to BTW?
Dancer

[18] : 16. Jul 2002 15:07
CraeaMD: good luck with writing your own name right next time!
DarkFudge

[19] : 16. Jul 2002 19:17
I don’t know. Some of the things people have to do, to try and lose in the MSX compo ;)
Richard

[20] : 17. Jul 2002 13:57
Kudos to everyone involved in the single collection - I enjoyed watching it (while missing my train) :) The only thing that I disliked was the seemingly slow loadpart, but most the parts looked nice, and I also liked reading some scrollers again. Keep the good work up!
anonym/padua

[21] : 17. Jul 2002 16:37
The collection worked out brilliantiy (i was a tad worried for a while =-) and the loader part was/is my fault - it will be back for volume two but hopefully with a faster loader behind it and i might drop a few rasterlines on the effect an’ all. =-) At least i hope there’ll be a second volume after the success of the first, any takers...? =-)

[22] : 17. Jul 2002 19:20
It is nice to see that various groups are helping other people produce singles demos. More support for the scene. Let’s see more :) Your idea worked excellently TMR. Congratulations
Richrad

[23] : 17. Jul 2002 19:20
S**t, I spelled my name incorrectly
Richard

[24] : 17. Jul 2002 19:44
S**t, I spelled my name incorrectly (richrad) What a shame!
CremeD

[25] : 17. Jul 2002 21:31
Personally, i never have that problem...

[26] : 17. Jul 2002 21:57
That singles collection was cool. Well done to all those groups who at least contributed some stuff for the collection. Maybe I should try a demo contribution for Singles 2 huh?
Richard

[27] : 17. Jul 2002 22:48
Blame DarkSmudge, he started this.
CreaMD

[28] : 17. Jul 2002 23:12
oh my... so the scene gets into an age where you finally start to forgett..especially how to write your name...
p...p...ahrg...it was a word with pi.....damn it....am i allready that old?

[29] : 20. Jul 2002 14:22
World?s first 256 byte and 125 byte demos for C64 ?? In 1996 and 1997 We arranged something called the 2 blocks compos, mainly arraganged by Crest and Impulse. In that perioed over 16 (256 bytes) demos was released. You can download those from www.scs-trc.net,

[30] : 20. Jul 2002 17:14
Must check around for results - i was in one of those compos with a chessboard done on $d020 splits...

[31] : 21. Jul 2002 21:51
ayeah i wondered about that "world first" aswell :o)

[32] : 22. Jul 2002 01:45
Same here.. I was sure Crossbow have even released a multipart demo ;-).

This happens when someone who doesn’t watch the scene would like to "set the world on fire" . Pity that those people didn’t care to ask before they posted the news at ojuice and here.
CreaMD

[33] : 22. Jul 2002 10:54
My rastersplit chessboard is just over 400 bytes and included in the "Party Pack" collection of short releases on the Cosine site. [smug look =-]

[34] : 24. Jul 2002 09:42
Or better said, shortest fake intro ever. (CreaMD)
CreaMD

[35] : 25. Jul 2002 11:16

[37] : 25. Jul 2002 14:16
You’re sad TMR, arguing with yourself :)
Stryyker

[38] : 25. Jul 2002 15:24
Not the first time i’ve been called sad... but arguing with myself? =-)

[39] : 25. Jul 2002 15:48

Rich

[48] : 27. Jul 2002 18:40

[49] : 27. Jul 2002 22:02
TMR: you’re not real either, you’re just the embodiment of another facet of CreaMD’s psyche. His kinky side that is ..

Richard: thanks for your entry! A lot of musics and graphics have been mailed/sent to us. We can use some more demos (only 2 demos for the moment, but a few groups planned to finish their demo at the party itself). Also more 4Ks are welcome. There are great prizes to win (Compact cameras, c64 modems, Retro Replay 3.8A, Cartridge port expander, CD32 (with a lot of other things),... You’re all welcome!

[58] : 30. Jul 2002 21:40
Quality cracking is a lot better than all this first-release cracking. Another double-thumbs up to Remember.

Watch out for the lamers at MHI.... They might try recracking HF/REM releases again :(

Richard

[59] : 30. Jul 2002 22:48
Rich, ignore them.
CreaMD

[60] : 30. Jul 2002 23:05
anonym...true of course, but you mean a Padua release can be expected? ;] ah we’ll see.

[61] : 30. Jul 2002 23:59
Shake: Did I say that? Don’t think so ;-) As always - we are trying hard.
anonym/padua

[64] : 31. Jul 2002 18:41
anonym: no you didn’t, thought you were suggesting ;)

[65] : 31. Jul 2002 19:08
CreaMD replied: Rich, ignore them. Ignore what? The cracks or MHI? Remember has done yet again more cool quality releases :) I got hooked to Atomino :)
Richard
